Il vino è di colore rosso rubino violaceo intenso. Ha profumo vinoso che ricorda il lampone e la mora selvatica. Si affina con l’invecchiamento sviluppando un bouquet ampio e piacevole. È il vino che trova accostamenti precisi con tanti piatti, si accompagna certamente in maniera perfetta alle carni grasse, agli arrosti e alla selvaggina.
Va servito a temperatura ambiente, sui 18 °C.

This wine has an intense violet ruby red colour. It has a vinaceous aroma with hints of raspberry and dewberry. It improves with age, developing a wide and pleasant bouquet. This wine can be rightly served with many dishes, but it matches perfectly fat meat, roasts and game.
It should be served at room temperature, about 18 °C.

Dieser Wein hat eine kräftige zum Violett neigende Rubinfarbe. Sein Duft ist weinig und erinnert an Himbeeren und wilde Brombeeren. Er verfeinert sich beim Altern und entwickelt ein breites und angenehmes Bouquet. Er wird mit besonderen Speisen zusammengestellt und eignet sich hervorragend zu fettem Fleisch, Braten und Wild.
Er wird bei Raumtemperatur, etwa bei 18 °C serviert.
