MERLOT

È certamente un grande vino, pieno, robusto. Il colore è un bel rosso rubino che con la maturazione tende al granato. Invecchiando si affina notevolmente e acquista in qualità sviluppando un piacevole bouquet. Trova facili abbinamenti specie con salumi, gli arrosti di carne bianca e rossa, in particolare coniglio e pollame.
Va servito intorno ai 18-20 °C.

This is certainly a great wine, full-bodied and robust. Its colour is a wonderful ruby red, tending to garnet red when ageing. While ageing it improves considerably and reaches a very good quality, developing a pleasant bouquet. It can be easily served with salami and cold meat, roast white meat or beef, especially rabbit and poultry.
Its serving temperature is 18-20 °C.

Es handelt sich um einen großen Wein, der sich vollmundig und kräftig präsentiert. Seine Farbe ist rubinrot, beim Reifen zum Granatrot neigend. Beim Altern verfeinert sich dieser Wein, er gewinnt an Qualität und entwickelt ein angenehmes Bouquet. Er passt ausgezeichnet zu Wurstwaren, Braten aus rotem und weißem Fleisch – insbesondere aus Kaninchen- und Geflügelfleisch.
Er wird am besten bei 18-20 °C serviert.
