Vino rosso rubino di gran stoffa caratterizzato dall’aroma intenso e dal sapore corposo. Col tempo si affina ulteriormente acquistando un bouquet pieno. Ideale con carni bianche e rosse, arrosti importanti e selvaggina.
Va servito a temperatura ambiente 16-18 °C stappando 15 minuti prima del servizio.

This is a classic ruby red wine characterised by an intense aroma and a full-bodied flavour. As time goes by, it further improves acquiring a full bouquet. It is ideal with white meat and beef, roast dishes and game served on important occasions.
It should be tasted at room temperature of 16-18 °C, uncorking it 15 minutes before serving.

Malbech ist ein rubinroter Wein mit gutem Stoff, der durch ein intensives Aroma und einen körperreichen Geschmack charakterisiert ist. Beim Altern verfeinert er sich und erhält ein volles Bouquet. Er passt ideal zu rotem und weißem Fleisch, Braten und Wild.
Wir empfehlen, ihn 15 Minuten vor dem Servieren zu entkorken und dann bei Raumtemperatur 16-18 °C zu servieren.
