SAUVIGNON

Il vino è di colore giallo paglierino più o meno intenso con sfumature verdognole. Ha sentori diversi che ricordano il peperone giallo, la banana, il fiore di robinia. Il sapore è asciutto, meraviglioso con il prosciutto crudo, trova buon accostamento con i primi piatti a base di erbe e con i piatti di pesce alle salse leggere.
Va servito fresco a 8-10 °C.

Its colour is a straw-yellow that may range from light to intense, with greenish hues. It has different scents, suggesting yellow pepper, banana, robinia flower. Its flavour is dry, wonderful with raw ham; it can be matched with dishes prepared with herbs and fish accompanied with light sauces.

Die Farbe dieses Weines ist ein mehr oder weniger kräftiges Strohgelb mit hellgrünen Reflexen. Er hat verschiedene Düfte, die an die gelbe Paprika, die Banane, die Robinie erinnern und sein Geschmack ist trocken. Er passt ausgezeichnet zu rohem Schinken und eignet sich gut zu ersten Gängen mit Kräutern und Fischgerichten mit leichten Soßen.
